Meet the founder behind unify athletes
Ashley’s career has been shaped by a genuine passion for
combining sport and education with international opportunity. With a background
in international student recruitment for UK universities, Ashley has worked
extensively with the US market alongside coaches and NCAA Division I, II, and
III universities, gaining a first-hand understanding of how the US and UK
education systems compare. Throughout this journey, Ashley repeatedly met
talented student-athletes who didn’t realise they could continue competing at a
high level while earning a degree in the UK. Seeing this disconnect and
understanding how life-changing the right opportunity can be is what motivated
Ashley to create Unify Athletes. Built from real experience, the platform
exists to make the pathway clearer, more supportive and more transparent for
student-athletes and universities alike. At the heart of it all is Ashley’s
belief that no athlete should have to choose between their sport and their
future.
